Measuring 40,000 square feet, the hotel’s high-tech, pillar-free meeting and event spaces are flexible and functional. The 15,000-square-foot Palms Ballroom has 24-foot ceilings and accommodates up to 1,400 guests, theater-style and 1,050 guests for banquets. The small Magnolia Ballroom accommodates 624 guests and 330 guests, respectively.

Our breezy Cypress Patio is ideal for seated dinners for up to 120 guests, while the second floor Key West Terrace is picture-perfect setting for receptions for up to 168 guests.

In addition, the hotel has 10 handsomely furnished executive boardrooms with flat-screen televisions and 28 rooms for breakout meetings and training sessions. Our well-equipped meeting and event spaces feature custom upholstered furnishings and on-site access to top-of-the-line A/V equipment.
